Subscription Refunds

We offer full refunds for AI image generation subscription purchases under these conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of purchase
  • Usage must be limited to 200 credits or fewer for AI image generation
  • Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount

Credit Purchases

Credit purchases for our AI image generation platform are non-refundable. Customers should carefully consider credit needs before purchasing, as no refunds will be provided once credits are bought.

Subscription Plan Changes

For accidental annual subscription purchases, we offer:

  • Converting annual plan to monthly plan
  • Deducting one month of subscription fee plus processing fees
  • Refunding remaining balance to original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credit purchases for AI image generation
  • Subscription time already passed
  • Processing fees
  • Subscriptions beyond 3-day window
  • Subscriptions with more than 200 credits used

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact support with:

  • Account email
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Purchase date

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Actual refund timing may vary by payment method.
